PINGYIAN HAD NAPFA TEST
We had our NAPFA at bedok resevoir
YEAH i've pass my napfa test
I kept running, didnt walk , jog all the way
yeah2 but tiring uh
aching uhr my leg
After NAPFA test we had to continue running 2.4
we continue the 5.4 run
